The Nick van Gelder Dreamers Scholarship
In March 2025, in partnership with The University of New South Wales (UNSW Sydney), the Foundation proudly established a A$500,000 endowment fund. The endowment will be held in perpetuity by UNSW Sydney to support the delivery of perpetual equity scholarships for undergraduate students enrolled in a Civil or Environmental Engineering degree. These equity scholarships will prioritise students from low-socioeconomic status backgrounds.
The endowment will support stipend scholarships currently valued at A$10,000 per annum. The awarding of these perpetual equity scholarships will begin in Term 1, 2026.

Objectives of The UNSW Scholarship Program
The Nick van Gelder Dreamers Scholarship aims to:
Contribute towards the cost for undergraduate Civil or Environmental Engineering degrees at UNSW Sydney; and
Provide mentoring, support and internship opportunities through our network of program benefactors.
